PMForge provides AI-assisted product discovery, requirements structuring, and PM documentation support. The service is intended to help Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, founders, and teams create draft PM packs faster.
AI-generated output
All AI-generated content, questions, diagrams, exports, user stories, acceptance criteria, risks, dependencies, and recommendations must be reviewed by your team before business, legal, engineering, security, compliance, release, or customer use. PMForge does not guarantee correctness, completeness, fitness for purpose, delivery success, compliance approval, or commercial outcomes.
Uploads and data processing
By uploading files or entering project information, you confirm that you have the legal right and permission to process that content through PMForge and its configured AI providers. AI may read, extract, summarize, and process the uploaded documents or images to improve PMForge outputs.
Do not upload confidential, regulated, client-owned, third-party, personal, financial, health, legal, source-code, or sensitive data unless you have authorization. PMForge/Airswipe will not be liable for misuse of uploaded data, unauthorized sharing, or user-submitted content. Suspected misuse can be reported to support@airswipe.in.
Payments, credits, and refunds
Every user receives one free export and each project receives one free first PM Pack generation. After that, ₹30 unlocks one PM Pack regeneration and ₹99 unlocks 3 PDF/DOCX export credits after payment verification.
Payments are collected through Razorpay when configured. PMForge does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, bank passwords, or net-banking credentials. Credits are granted after successful payment verification. Misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or suspicious usage may result in access restriction.
Account access
Payment timers help users complete payment within the expected window. Timer expiry does not automatically lock accounts. Admins may explicitly restrict or restore access for unpaid, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or suspicious usage.
No professional warranty
PMForge is not a substitute for professional legal, security, compliance, financial, or engineering review. You are responsible for validating requirements, outputs, implementation decisions, regulatory obligations, and final documentation.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have permission to process.
- Do not use PMForge for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or privacy-violating activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, credits, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not rely on AI output without human review and approval.
