Privacy Policy
PMForge is operated for users who want AI-assisted product discovery and PM documentation. We collect and process only the information needed to provide the service, maintain account access, process payments, and improve reliability.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email, login provider, password hash, and role.
- Workspace content such as chats, product requirements, uploaded files, extracted file text, generated PM packs, and export history.
- Payment records such as Razorpay order IDs, Razorpay payment IDs, payment status, amount, purpose, timestamps, and audit logs. PMForge does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, bank passwords, or net-banking credentials.
- Operational data such as audit logs, system events, and basic security metadata required to run the application.
AI and uploaded file processing
If you upload PDFs, DOCX files, text files, CSVs, JSON files, or images, PMForge may extract readable text or generate AI summaries from those files. This extracted context is used to improve discovery questions and generated PM packs.
You must not upload confidential, regulated, third-party, client-owned, personal, financial, health, legal, or sensitive information unless you have the right and permission to process that information through AI services.
User responsibility and misuse
You are responsible for the content you submit, the documents you upload, and how you use the generated output. PMForge/Airswipe is not liable for misuse of uploaded data, unauthorized uploads, third-party data exposure, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Any suspected misuse, unauthorized upload, or privacy concern can be reported to support@airswipe.in. We will review reported concerns and take appropriate action such as account restriction, deletion support, or investigation of misuse.
Payment data
Payments are processed through Razorpay when configured. Razorpay handles payment instruments. PMForge stores payment status and gateway identifiers so credits can be granted and billing history can be displayed.
Data retention and deletion
Workspace data may be retained while your account is active so you can continue your PM work. For access, correction, deletion, or misuse reports, contact support@airswipe.in.
